Having already entered the luxury student accommodation market in Winchester, the team behind The Neighbourhood came to us to help them develop the ultimate brand in fully serviced, city centre student living.

The ethos of The Neighbourhood brand that we have helped to create, is to be unique, to offer something that no other can. Not only does it provide high-quality accommodation, with the best facilities and a first-class concierge system, the aim is to create an environment that allows students to learn, thrive and feel part of something that will shape their future.

The first of The Neighbourhood’s developments will open in Cardiff in September 2016 with Exeter ready for the 2017 student intake.
