Infographics are the new slide shows!

So step up the infographic, what Wikipedia calls 'visual representations of information, data or knowledge'. Not a new fad, some might argue, and certainly as long as there have been pie charts, infographics have existed. But lately, there seems a real push to explore new ways of displaying, what can sometimes be, boring and mundane facts.

Take the wonderful Nicholas Felton, and his beautiful pieces of graphic design. A wonderful way of describing facts and figures. What's becoming evident in recent trends is that people are using the simplicty of type, of figues and of information to create wonderful examples of graphic design.

At Marmalade, we're hooked. So hold your breaths, because we're about to create something we think will please all you data-geeks no end!
